This form is for Tranztec employees and contractors who want to receive internal company text messages on their mobile device. By submitting this form, you consent to receive automated and manual SMS messages from Tranztec for work-related communications.
Program details
- Sender: Tranztec and its authorized representatives.
- Message types: Internal company announcements, schedule updates, shift reminders, emergency notifications, IT/security alerts, benefits reminders, and other work-related communications.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on business needs and may be up to several messages per week. You will only receive messages relevant to your role.
- Carrier compatibility: Messages are delivered via major U.S. wireless carriers and supported intermediaries. Delivery is not guaranteed by all carriers.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Tranztec does not charge you for these messages.
Your rights
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel your consent. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact HR at hr@tranztec.com.
- Privacy: Your mobile number will be used only for the purposes described here and in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers for marketing purposes.
- No condition of employment: Providing consent is not required as a condition of employment or contracting. You may decline without penalty, though you may miss time-sensitive work communications.
